For this card, I dug some old papers (by Echo Park) out of my stash box. To put the patterned paper behind the image, I followed Kim's fabulous tutorial at the TSG blog. The sentiment was stamped with Versa Mark ink and heat-embossed with some white embossing powder.
The layout is very similar to the first one. Ha ha! White(cream), blue, red and kraft... this is my favorite combo for a winter card.
I added some tiny snowflakes using a white gel pen, before I put the image onto the oval panel. I'm so pleased with how it turned out!:D

Thank you for stopping by today. I'll be back tomorrow with my sample cards for Happy Santa set!
The wonky rectangle die cuts made a opened mouth and those candy corns look like teeth. So clever! I heard this came from her son's idea. Please visit Melissa's blog and leave a comment for her and her lovely son!
Isn't it simply gorgeous? The paper she used is so elegant and the neutral color scheme is a great match for this sassy girl.
Stop by Helen's blog, so you can find a link to the tutorial for this cake card.
Thank you for sharing, Helen!
Sometimes I search for cards/projects using Birdie Brown's digi images at SCS gallery. Please use the keyword "birdiebrown" when you upload a card/project using my digi, so that I can find your beautiful work!
I've been working on my sample cards for this month's new digis. (As the TSG previews are going on at the same time, it's been pretty busy this week!) I'll show you some sneak peeks on this blog and the FB page in a few days.;)
Love her simple and lovely style.:) I especially love the first one. It is just clean and simple, and the placement of the sentiment and tiny black pearls is fab. Thank you for sharing, Lisa!
Please stop by her blog to leave lovely comments for her.
